XinSheng Heat Exchanger has officially inaugurated our second production facility in Jiangsu Province. This expansion increases our annual production capacity by 60%, enabling us to better serve the growing demand for high-performance cooling solutions in construction, mining, and energy sectors.

Brazing Capability
The facility houses two new CAB (Controlled Atmosphere Brazing) furnaces:
- German-engineered continuous brazing line (12m heating zone)
- Maximum core size: 1,200 x 800 x 150 mm
- Process capability: Cpk > 1.67 on joint quality
Assembly Lines
- 4 dedicated modular cooling pack assembly lines
- Automated leak testing (helium spectrometer)
- EOL thermal performance validation stations
