Extreme Dust Loading

Continuous blade work creates massive dust clouds. Wide fin spacing and frequent cleaning access are essential for sustained operation.

Low Airflow Velocity

Dozing operations occur at walking speed. Fan-only airflow must provide all cooling capacity with minimal ram air assistance.

Track Vibration

Heavy track frames transmit severe vibration. Cooling systems require reinforced headers and fatigue-rated mounting designs.

Torque Converter Heat

High blade loads generate substantial torque converter slip heat. Dedicated transmission oil cooling is critical.

Ripping Operations
